Chest for Males Only
- For all Candidates Except those Mentioned Below: Male – 170 cms, Normal – 80 cms, Expanded – 85 cms.
- Minimum Height (Garhwalis, Kumaonis, Gorkhas, Dorgas, Marathas, & Candidates of Assam, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Himachal Pradesh, Kashmir, Leh, Ladakh: Male-165 cms, Normal – 78 cms, Expanded – 83 cms
- Minimum Height for all candidates of ST: Male-162.5 cms, Normal – 76 cms, Expanded – 81 cms
- Weight Corresponding to height and Age as Per Medical standard (For Male & Female)
PST for Naib Subedar (Bridge & Road), Warrant Officer (Draughtsman, Pharmacist) & Rifleman (Female Safai) Only

- A crossed non-refundable Indian Postal Order/Demand Draft for Rs.100/- (Rupees one hundred only) for UR, EWS, and OBC candidates.
- Photostat copies of the Educational Qualification certificate(s) as proof of age and educational qualification, Sports certificates, etc., issued by a recognized University / Board.
- The candidates falling in Garhwalis, Kumaonis, Gorkhas, Dogras, Marathas, and Adivasis shall enclose self-certified true copies of certificates issued by DM/SDM/Tehsildar.
- Two additional self-signed (in the front) passport-size photographs duly dated must be attached duly clipped along with the application form.
- Copies of Sports Certificates in their respective games/events
